About Casa Caramel:

These Terms govern your use of the Casa Caramel website and the services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. Casa Caramel is operated by Carima Callebaut Vonck, based in Estepona, Spain.

Our services:

Casa Caramel offers: Social Media Management (content planning, feed design, caption writing, hashtag research, reel editing, story design, monthly content planning, community management); Branding (visual guidelines, brand identity); Content Creation (original photo and video content, client-provided content editing); and Creative Design add-ons (invitations, event lettering, menus, flyers, business cards).

Packages and pricing:

Only the starting prices of social media packages are displayed. Exact prices are available on request only. Please ask for a no-obligation quote.

Working together:

Content shoots are planned in advance to ensure quality and consistency. Clients are responsible for providing information about promotions, events and offers on time. Last-minute requests are subject to availability and may incur additional costs. Additional work outside the chosen package may result in extra charges. Communication and feedback are handled during working hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 CET).

Payments

Payment terms are agreed in writing before the commencement of services. Invoices are due within the agreed timeframe. In case of non-payment, Casa Caramel reserves the right to pause or terminate services until payment is received.

Intellectual property

All creative work produced by Casa Caramel remains the intellectual property of Casa Caramel until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive licence to use the delivered work for their stated business purposes. Casa Caramel retains the right to display the work in its portfolio and marketing materials, unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.

Limitation of liability

Casa Caramel is responsible for content creation and social media execution, not for the operational or strategic management of the client's business. Casa Caramel is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the relevant service in the preceding three months.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaga, Spain.

Changes to these policies

We may update these policies from time to time to reflect changes in law or our practices. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policies.
